If you are a club administrator/secretary, use this form to apply for membership for one of your new club members. Your request will be received by our membership team and you will receive a response within three working days. If you do not, or have queries, please contact us directly.
Note that you will need accurate dates of birth and a valid residential address to validate your request, and help reduce liklihood of duplication of people in the central database.
