CLUB TRAVEL INSURANCE
Registered member clubs can buy into the Scottish Hockey Travel Policy for Club trips both within the UK, and overseas, at competitive rates, which are outlined below.
The terms of Scottish Hockey's own Group Business Travel Policy
will then apply if any accident occurs during your trip away.
All you need to do is download and fill in the Application
Form, requesting insurance, noting the duration of
your stay, preferred payment method, and total amount.
You may pay by cheque, credit, or debit card once the total is
confirmed with the Scottish Hockey Office.
The rates are as follows:
| Hockey Trips outside the UK | Outdoor Team [up to 20 players / officials/supporters] | £20 per day per team |
| Hockey Trips outside the UK | Indoor Team [up to 20 players / officials/supporters] | £25 per day per team |
| Hockey Trips outside the UK | All trips - additional persons to above party size but less than 50 | £1 per person per day in addition to the rates shown above |
| Hockey Trips outside the UK | Parties of 50 or more | Quoted separately |
| Hockey Trips within the UK | All Trips | 75p per person per day (minimum premium £1 per trip) |
| Administration Fee | Per travel arrangement | £15.00 |

Making a Claim
If you believe your club may be entitled to a claim, please visit the One Claims website.

Note that it is a standard condition that all insurance claims must
be made at the earliest available opportunity, and that failure to
do so could put the claim in jeopardy.
