Portal Administrator Guide
The following information is for club portal administrators who will be renewing memberships and/or adding new memberships for their players for the forthcoming season.
Adding New Members
To add a new member to your club please complete the New Member Form.
Please make sure that the information entered into this form is correct.
Incomplete or incorrectly filled out forms may be rejected. Incorrect information makes it very hard for us to tell if a member has been put into the system twice, and such duplicate information can cause problems.
Please ask all new members if they have been a member of a hockey club before, both within Scotland or in another country, as a transfer may be required.
If you are looking to add a large number of new members (10+) you may fill out a registration spreadsheet and email it to the Scottish Hockey Helpdesk.
Activating Memberships
From the 1st August 2011 you will be able to activate i.e. renew, existing memberships for the 2011/2012 season. This is to be done though the Members Portal.
