member clubs of Scottish Hockey only and taking part in hockey
competitions.
It is issued for the purposes of:
- contacting umpires who are being allocated to matches under the jurisdiction of Scottish Hockey.
- contacting nominated officials from registered member clubs about club umpiring appointments where no name is provided.
This includes allocating umpires and confirming match arrangements.
