COACHING COURSES

For potential and current coaches, we have a number of coaching courses that you can undertake to gain coaching qualifications.

For volunteers, senior school pupils, parents and teachers, we offer a short introduction to the basic skills in hockey.  See below for details of our upcoming Leaders Courses.  Please contact the relevant person for further details.

UKCC Level 1 coaching courses cost £150 for Scottish Hockey members and £200 for non-members.

UKCC Level 2 coaching courses cost £400 for Scottish Hockey members and £450 for non-members. (This includes a copy of the NAC sports analysis software)

Scholarship funding is available direct from sportscotland for courses from 1st March 2012 and will be provided to Scottish Hockey members who apply using the application process detailed on sportscotland website.  Funding available will be 50% for UKCC Level 1 course participants and 75% for those attending a UKCC Level 2 course.  For further information and application form go to:
