Competitions & Results System

Scottish Hockey has launched a new competitions system that will enable teams to submit results via SMS (text message) immediately following league and cup competition fixtures. The benefit is that results will be published online in real time and league tables subsequently updated on the calculation of fixture results.
Clubs will need to provide one nominated individual per affiliated team (i.e. male and/or female 1st XI, 2nd XI, 3rd XI, etc) to submit results to the competitions system using their mobile phone. For example, this could be team captain, a player or coach. This individual will then be responsible for submitting results via SMS (text message) following each match.
To nominate an individual, please fill in the online form on the website and submit the information required to Scottish Hockey by 12pm on Thursday 8 September.
Please also find attached a written guide that will enable teams and members to use the competitions system to submit results using SMS (text message) for league and cup competition fixtures. This guide is also available to download from the Scottish Hockey website.
