YOUTH COMPETITIONS ENTRY FORM

Youth competitions are vital in enabling the development of young hockey players. Youth competitions run in partnership with Scottish Hockey, the District Associations, member clubs and schools.

If you are a club, district, or school looking to enter youth competitions, we require you to complete and submit the Youth Competiton Entry Form below.

The form should be fully completed, including accurate details and information, and submitted to Scottish Hockey before the competition deadline. This will ensure that your team is entered and approved to play.

Download the Youth Competition Entry Dates and Deadlines for all 2011-2012 competitions.

Any provisional entries or entries received after the deadline will not be valid.
