The men's and women's 2007-2008 SUBWAY Eat Fresh National Indoor Knock-Out competition will be held at Bells Sports Centre, Perth on Sunday 10th February 2008, with the top four men's and top four women's teams taking part.

The format for the men's and women's Knock-Out event will be as follows:-

• Each team will play a semi-final tie.
• The winners of each semi-final will play each other in the Final.
• This losing semi-finalists will play one match, with the finalists playing two matches.

The competing teams will be:--

MEN - Menzieshill, Dundee Wanderers, Western Wildcats and Inverleith.

WOMEN - Bonagrass Grove, Milne Craig Western, Reid Kerr College Kelburne and Dundee Wanderers.
