Veterans
There is an increasing number of participants in hockey who qualify as veterans.
In Men's hockey, there are teams and fixtures at the following levels:
- over 40
- over 45
- over 50
- over 55
- over 60
- over 65
At each level, depending on the rules of the tournament or
competition, there can be opportunities for a small number of under
age players to participate with their more senior team mates.
In Women's hockey, there are currently only teams and fixtures at
over 35 level, though teams often include players who are much
older than 35.
