P.E Teacher at George Watson's College, Edinburgh.
What is the hardest thing about your training programme?
Trying to fit in enough quality rest time in between work and training.
What is the strangest thing you keep in your stick bag?
Electrical tape to keep my socks up... not very strange I know but that's as strange as it gets!
What is the most amusing thing that you have seen on a hockey pitch?
When people fall over for no apparent reason - Sue Fraser at the cup final at Peffermill in 2004 or Louise Carroll at the European Trophy 2007.
What are you reading lately?
"The Right Attitude to Rain" by Alexander McCall Smith or Zest Magazine.

When did you start playing hockey and what was it that drove you to play
for your country?
When I was 12 I started playing hockey at school. I represented the Highland District at U16 and U18 level. I played for Highland Ladies hockey club from 1996-1998 then moved to BonaGrass Grove when I started University. I am currently in my 10th season at Grove. Having played for Scotland U18 and U21 I gained my first full Scottish cap in 1999against England when we sadly lost 5-0!
