Abertay University -
Abertay University Ladies Hockey Team are looking for a coach for the forthcoming season. The team have enjoyed some considerable success over the past few seasons and won promotion last season to League 2A of Scottish University Sport. The side also won through to the semi finals of the BUSA Plate Championship losing narrowly to Loughborough University.
Training takes place on Mondays 5.30-7.00pm at DISC Water Based starting on 17th September 2007. Games take place on Wednesday afternoons starting 3rd October 2007.
A small honorarium is available for the post.

Coaches wanted in Aberdeen
Outdoor League
Bon Accord MBC are looking for a new Ladies Coach; someone who is young at heart with drive, focus and enthusiasm, perhaps a recently qualified coach keen to venture into the land of National League hockey. The level is Womens National League Division 2 but we are looking for someone to coach all the Ladies teams with help from other qualified assistant coaches in the club. We would like the coach to be able to travel with the National League team and have a sound knowledge of hockey tactics.
Indoor League
Bon Accord MBC recently have been promoted to National League Indoor Division 1 and are looking for a qualified coach who will be keen to help us in this challenge, playing the top teams in Scotland at Indoor is an experience we relish and are keen to maintain the position of playing at the highest level. We would like the coach to be able to travel as far as Perth for games during the months of December, January and early February. We will have training facilities available from September on a Sunday. Expenses will be paid for subject to sponsorship being gained.
In both cases we would expect the coach(es) to be appropriately qualified and disclosed as per SHU guidelines.

Glasgow Milne Craig Western Ladies Hockey Club
Glasgow Milne Craig Western is one of Scotland’s most successful clubs, and is looking to appoint a club coach to lead their outdoor programme for seasons 2008 to 2010. This programme will include the European Club Championship, the Scottish National League, National Reserve League and National Cup competitions.

Cumbernauld Ladies Hockey Club – Players and Sponsors wanted
We are an up and coming ladies hockey team based in Cumbernauld near Glasgow. We currently play in
West District Division 1 and Train on Tuesday nights 7.30 till 9 at Ravenswood Park Cumbernauld. Home games are on Sat at 2pm at St Andrews Park also in Cumbernauld.
We have a mix of youth and experience and are always on the look out for new players, regardless of age or experience.
We are also on the look out for new sponsors. All sponsors will get regular newspaper coverage, as well as other local advertising.

Kinross Men’s Hockey Club - PLAYERS WANTED
Kinross Men’s hockey Club are looking to recruit new players of any age and standard to join our club. We are a friendly small town club with a single team playing in East Division 2 with great links with local schools via our Kobra’s (youth) set up. Whether you have never played before, are looking to return to the sport or just fancy a change of scene come along and meet the players.
We train at the King George V Playing Fields in Kinross. Adults (14+) train on Tuesday evenings from 1930 - 2100. Kobra’s (age 10 – 14) train on Thursday evenings from 1800 - 1900. Home matches are also at KGV on Saturdays between 11:00 and 16:00 see website for details. Kobra’s play in a variety of tournaments and competitions throughout the year, mainly at D.I.S.C in Dundee. During the summer we join with the ladies to play social mixed hockey on the Tuesday evening.

Merlins Gordonians are looking for new players of any age and standard to join our club in the coming season. We are a small and friendly club in Aberdeen with 2 teams, playing in National Div 2 and North District Div 2. Currently we are the highest ranking ladies team in Aberdeen after our first season in National 2!! So whether you have never played hockey before, are returning to the sport after a break (no matter how long!!!) or are simply new to the city and looking for a club - why not come along and meet us! We train on the best pitch in Aberdeen – the water based at Countesswells – every Wednesday between 6.30pm and 8.00pm.We also organise a number of social
events throughout the year so it’s not all about the hockey!

The Mentone Hockey Club is a State League 2 Men's and Women's Hockey Club with one of the largest junior programs in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The Mentone Hockey Club is located in Melbourne's south east, and is the gateway to the MorningtonPeninsula, which is famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, and is only 25 minutes from the heart of Melbourne.
The Mentone Hockey Club is always on the look out for hockey players planning on travelling to Australia on a hockey holiday. The Australian hockey season runs from April to September (18 Rounds + Finals) and is an excellent way to learn new styles of hockey whilst taking in the beautiful sights Australia has to offer.
Both the Men's & Women's sections have 5 teams, and are keen to continue their excellent 2005 & 2006 results. Coaching opportunities also exist at the club; remuneration and terms of appointment are negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
