Summer Camps 2008
Scottish Hockey have finalised our Summer Camp programme for 2008. We are going to run 6 residential summer camps for different age groups and abilities. Read below for more information on the programme as it stand at the moment and download an application form the right hand side of the page.
Youth Coaching Camps
The aim of these camps are to provide a fun experience for players whilst developing their skills. There is also an extensive social programme to add to the relaxed atmosphere.
Scottish Hockey are going to run 2 weekend Youth Coaching Camps for 10-13 year olds
YCC 1 - Fettes College, Edinburgh, Friday 11th - Sunday 13th July
YCC 2 - Inverclyde National Centre, Largs, Friday 25th - Sunday 27th July
Scottish Hockey are going to run a week long Youth Coaching Camp for 14-17 year olds
YCC 3 - Strathallan School, Perthshire, Sunday 27th July - Friday 1st August
Development Camps
Scottish Hockey's Development Camps are aimed at players aged between 14-17 and experienced in the 11 aside game. They will provide information on tactics, nutrition, advanced skills and the rules of the game.
Boys Development Camp (BDC) - Strathallan School, Perthshire, Friday 18th - Sunday 20th July
Goalkeepers Development Camp (GKDC) - Strathallan School, Perthshire, Friday 18th - Sunday 20th July
Girls Development Camp (GDC)- CAMP FULL Glenalmond College, Perthshire, Sunday 20th - Friday 25th July CAMP FULL
