Female representative expressions of interest invited for Scottish Hockey High Performance Group
Scottish Hockey is seeking an additional female representative on the Scottish Hockey High Performance Group (HPG). Expressions of interest are requested from interested parties by 5.00pm on Friday 19th March 2021 from women with high performance sporting experience.
HPG Purpose
The HPG is a sub-committee of the Scottish Hockey Board with a strategic focus on optimising the development of the Scotland senior international hockey teams. It is responsible for reviewing the operational elements of performance against the strategy, providing expertise and advice, while checking and challenging the Scottish Hockey performance staff on the best way of delivering the clear strategic outcomes.
Frequency of Meetings
The HPG meets not less than four occasions each year, these meetings are held at strategically important times of the year, but nominally one in each quarter. Virtual meetings are now standard practice – and are considered as formal HPG meetings.
Expression of interest
The expression of interest should be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] with a concise summary of why the individual believes they would add value to the group. Following the closing date there will be an informal interview process for those invited to progress their interest.
