Scotland Masters Men’s O45 Trial for 2020 World Cup and Home Internationals
World Masters Hockey, the new governing body for Masters Hockey, has confirmed that the 2020 World Cup Tournament for O45’s men will be held in South Africa from 19 to 29 September.
At the recent European Championships in Rotterdam, the Scotland O45 Men won the Gold Medal – becoming the first Scottish Men’s Masters Squad to be crowned European Champions.
There is significant enthusiasm to see if a high ranking position can be repeated on the World Stage.
There will be two trials. The first will take place on…
Date: SUNDAY 29th SEPTEMBER, 2019
Venue: GLASGOW NATIONAL HOCKEY CENTRE
Times: Meet/register 10.00
Times: 10.30-12.30 (on pitch), 13.30-15.30 (on pitch)

In order to be able to create a programme of events leading up to the World Cup in South Africa we are seeking to
determine availability both from current players as well as potential players who will be 45 or over in 2020. As a fairly
small hockey playing country we are keen to spread the net and make sure that the opportunity to participate
is available to all Scottish qualified players.
If you or someone you know would like to attend the trials
please register by emailing: [email protected]
