Scots youngsters ready for Sainsbury’s School Games

 

Two Scotland squads featuring both boys and girls have been selected to take part in the Sainsbury’s 2015 School Games.

The Sainsbury’s 2015 School Games is a multi-sport event for the UK’s elite young athletes of school age.
The event seeks to create an inspirational and motivational setting that not only provides our elite young sports people with the opportunity to thrive and perform at the highest levels, but encourages more young people to take part and succeed in sport

Taking place in Manchester from 3-6 September, the Sainsbury’s 2015 School Games is a multi-sport event for the UK’s elite young athletes of school age.

The event seeks to create an inspirational and motivational setting that not only provides our elite young sports people with the opportunity to thrive and perform at the highest levels, but encourages more young people to take part and succeed in sport.

The Sainsbury’s School Games hockey tournament returns to The Armitage Site again this year and the competition will be fierce as 190 athletes compete on behalf of England, Scotland, Ulster and Wales.
