- Link between Local Authorities, Clubs, Schools and other key stakeholders in the East of Scotland

- Support local authorities and partners with club structures, coach education. implementing sustainable development initiatives.
- Work towards and support the KPI’s outlined within Scottish Hockey’s National Plan
